Angeline Hawkes

Angeline Hawkes holds a B.A. in Composite English Language Arts from Texas A&M University-Commerce and is a licensed secondary education teacher. Angeline's collection, The Commandments, was a Bram Stoker Award finalist. Her story, 'In Waters Black the Lost Ones Sleep', appears in the 2007 Origins Award nominated Chaosium anthology, Frontier Cthulhu. Shades of Blood and Shadow, her collection from Dark Regions Press, was published in 2009. Christopher Fulbright and Angeline will see publication of their novella, Black Mercy Falls, from Bloodletting Press in 2010; and their survival/zombie novel, Scavengers, from Elder Signs Press in 2011. Bad Moon Books will publish Out of the Garden and Other Tales of the Barbarian Kabar of El Hazzar, a novel-length compilation of her barbarian fantasy series, in 2011. Angeline has seen the publication of novels, novellas, collections, fiction in 40 anthologies, and over 100 short fiction publications. She is an active member of HWA and the Robert E. Howard UPA.
